I provide Owner's Representative services, specifically focused on restaurants and commercial development. This includes representing the project owner through feasibility analysis, site selection & vetting, and full cycle development & management of the construction project. I have functional expertise in kitchen and restaurant design, design and construction process management, RFP processes, and many aspects of commercial construction. My role manages relationships with architects, interior and kitchen designers, general contractors, construction companies, municipal authorities, insurance providers, and financial institutions involved in the project.Typically, the best client fit is with owners that have limited in-house development and management resources. That said, I enthusiastically partner with and leverage existing capabilities with the owners team, and my experience and approach help ensure the project needs are met throughout. Ultimately my deliverable is a project that comes in on time and on budget.
